User data deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. If possible, use the email address associated with the service concerned.

You can also send your request directly to [email protected] using your email service.

Please include:

• Your full name and an email address where we can send our response.
• The name of the app or service you used and the email address or identifier that allows us to locate your data.
• Whether you want all personal data deleted or only specific data.

If you used an Elsinor app through Facebook or another Meta service, specify the app name and your user identifier, if available.

Do not send passwords, access codes or copies of identity documents with your initial request. If necessary, we will ask only for additional information needed to verify your identity.

Your request covers personal data Elsinor processes for the specified app or service, including, where present, profile data, contact details, identifiers and data received from third-party platforms such as Meta. Deletion may result in losing access to the service or features that require that data.

A request to Elsinor does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or other third-party accounts. For data processed independently by those platforms, please contact the platform concerned directly.

We will respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving your request, informing you of the outcome. If the complexity or number of requests requires an extension, this period may be extended by a further two months. We will inform you within the first month and explain the reasons.

Some data may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we cannot delete some or all of your data, we will explain which data is retained, why, and for how long or according to which criteria.
